How to Play:

- Use the right and left keys in your keyboard to make your ghost glide along the screen!

- Get as many souls as you can by jumping on the platforms until you get bored (and until you continually respawn)! You are an immortal ghost after all.

Self-Evaluation:

This game, admittedly, could have been done at a much better quality than what it is right now. There is still a bug with the respawn timer that makes the ghost respawn, continually, after three seconds of game time even if they are alive, which is not a game-breaking bug nor does it distort play, but I wish I could fix it still. The platforms spawning on top of one another is another thing I am slightly bothered by, but at the end of the day these two "bugs" became part of play instead of being simply design/coding flaws, at least to me. Nevertheless, I had fun making the sprites and trying to think of some kind of "lore" to this buggy game, while trying to include the bugs in the game's story. I suppose this game made me realize that ultimately I'm more apt to design rather than code, and I also suppose that I am not great at coding action games, but I hope I did a satisfactory job regardless. For what it's worth, I feel satisfied with the product, for the most part anyway. Certainly, I could do better, but I think I'll focus that energy in the next remaining assignments + fixing the action clone (which was certainly rougher than this one). On that note, since I had a lot of problems with the camera movement and having two players in the clone, I cut down the player number to just one in my game so it would be more manageable, and I kept a static camera as I felt that my game didn't need a loosely moving camera. (Perhaps though, in hindsight, I could have been able to code a loose camera successfully as I have one player.)
